However, I wonder if we&#039;ve considered the long-term impact of this decision.\u201d.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Focus on the Idea, not the Person:<\/strong> Criticize the proposal, not the person who made it. Instead of \u201cYour plan isn\u2019t going to work,\u201d try \u201cI\u2019m concerned that this approach could present challenges in the area of\u2026\u201d.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>It offers an alternative:<\/strong> If you&#039;re going to point out a problem, try to propose a possible solution as well. This positions you as a proactive collaborator, not a critic. It&#039;s a way of giving <strong>constructive feedback<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Assertiveness is a skill that is practiced and refined. To further develop these skills, organizations such as <strong>Toastmasters International<\/strong> They offer excellent resources and best practices for improving communication and leadership.
